Below is the complete text from the president's communication:

Dear Team—

I know you all just wrapped up your meeting - I trust you’re as enthusiastic as I am with the recent updates. Previously I shared you all a update, I mentioned the following: “I am confident in this group. You all are some of the most driven and innovative designers we have had the chance to partner with - and we’re eager for that relationship to persist.”

Given your hard work and versatility, especially over the past twelve months, you continue to prove that.

The gamer responses from last autumn’s Project ETHOS demo was revealing. It affirmed the potential of a action-packed game but told us we still had work to do. It highlighted the necessity for a sharper brand.

It’s been inspiring to see how far you’ve advanced. You accepted the criticism to heart and overhauled the title with a revitalized direction - one that’s poised to achieve its ambition to our fans.

The belief in Project ETHOS grows every day. To boost the incredible advancement you’ve made, I am thrilled to introduce Ben Brinkman as the latest Studio Head of the team. Following a period of conversations, Ben officially joins us on Monday, October 20.

His leadership and expertise in the competitive gaming field is vast, having dedicated the last 15 years developing and overseeing some of the most well-known titles in gaming, such as Call of Duty: Black Ops, and most recently, the battle royale hit.

I invite you all in greeting Ben next week. We are all eager to keep seeing the evolution of Project ETHOS in the time to come.
